good but have some problems...

generaly, it is working very good! but, some things are bothering me...for example, some pictures taken with my camera are about 5mb in size, and they are ariving on my computer like half of it about 2.5mb...but, some pictures taken with my other digital camera are around 8mb and they are ariving on mine PC exactly like 8mb files?? it looks like some pictures are resized for sending and some are not, it needs some explanation...does this program send original size files or making compresion before sending?
